Question by yair: IF horse betting is legal basketball and football has to be legal. IS the money dictate your take on the bet?
I know in horse betting the more money involved in the bet the more money you can make. How does betting work?

Generally speaking, each individual bet is not dictated by any pool of money reserved for that event. A bookmaker can adjust lines for future bets, but once you make a bet on a sports event, the amount you can win or lose cannot be changed by previous or future bets.
