can a basketball team player for instance bet at bookmakers on the WIN of his own team or is it against the law and if the information becomes public he will be banned and/or punnished otherwise. how all these regulations work for active sportsman, can they make WIN bets on own teams at bookmares or they cannot? how its regulated, by what law
