I don’t know of any “legitimate” online casinos but I do know about a lot of them that are NOT legitimate. If you are considering joining one you may want to check the Online Casino Blacklist before you pick one, it lists a lot of sites that don’t pay out, use cheating software, or in some cases are just simply scams.

And if you are from the USA, you cannot use PayPal at any online casino.
