This is impossible to know, and I can’t even hazard a guess. There are both legit companies and local “bookies” that operate outside the law that provide bookmaking services in the US. In the UK and other areas where betting is legal, it’s pretty much just companies. In Canada, the government runs a betting service and there are also companies that provide outlets to place bets.
But the reason that I can’t know or even guess is because of places like India, China, and Japan where there is extensive betting on sports. I would have no idea how to quantify it.
