Question by serendip119: What does the state of Utah use to pay its bills if they have absolutely no gambling or lottery?
Must be nice to live in a state where there is not the trash associated with gambling. I guess it can be done tho; fed up with waiting for the garbage lined up at the customer service counter in super markets, etc.to buy the gambling crap in New Jersey & with all the other garbage that comes in the mail constantly, raffle books, chances, etc.Ever notice what the people who buy this stuff look like? might be better spent money on a decent pair of shoes; & they’ve probably have a cigarette dangling from their toothless mouth.

taxes and fines. fining people 0 speeding tickets pays for a lot.
