Question by GameMaster: What are the laws against online gambling?
If I were to create a website that sold items in the style of gambling, do you think this would be illegal? I don’t see how there could be any laws online since the website isn’t only one country.

Varies state to state, country to country. But it’s illegal to have the server anywhere in the USA – thats why they are all offshore.
