Question by J: how can I obtain a gambling license?
I’m in need of some support on how to obtain a gambling license. I have no experience on what to do or where to go to get my future organization a gambling license. What I’m planning on doing is trying to rent some places and host some events, like poker. The idea that I have is people will have to pay for the entrance, and from the money I gain from the entrance fee will go towards the prize pot for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. Any information would be appreciated.

This is probably illegal in every state, unless you are running some sort of charity event.
