Will bookmakers considor or accept a bet that I propose?

Depends what type of bet it is & how muh you are willing to stake, if it is a serious bet they will offer odds.
An example is English goalkeeper Chris Kirkland, while he was a child his Dad placed a £10 bet on his son one day playing for England, when he did play he won £10,000.
If you propose a bet like this a bookmaker might take it, however they wont take bets on whether you will pull on a saturday night!
