I am sure I dont get your question but I give it a try:
Theese day most of the writers use a computer when they write. Its easier to write and to change afterwards during redraw.
As for submiting the novels there is differences from country to country. In sweden we send them to bookmakers but in the us you go sent them to an agent. There are also numerous self publishing companys on the net to use. Hope it helps! Johan
