Question by Take Our Country Back: Would legalizing more gambling in the USA be a good new source of revenue for the federal government?
There is such a huge black market for sports gambling especially including off-shore accounts/websites. Would legalizing gambling stop the incentive or would high tax rates continue such an incentive? Would it contribute to the moral decay of the USA?

Perhaps, but is it ethical? The poor get poorer, spending their welfare checks at slot machines. All states should GET out of this Lottery business, NOW.
