My cousin has been self excluded from several betting shops. She lost £440. Does anyone know if she has the right to get her money back?
She has a gambling problem and mental health issues. After she excluded herself, the betting shop still took bets from her, but wouldn’t that be against the rules due to her exclusion?

For what reason? If she won while self excluded, do you think the shop could get the money back from her?
