What is the current (Feb 2010) legality of online gambling in the USA? I know there were many laws passed in the last few years but when searching for this info, everything gets jumbled up and vague. I know some people still do it, using some method of depositing funds into offshore accounts, but I have no idea how. If anyone has any information, including links, or a how-to get started, could you answer here.

There is no law against online gambling. It is legal. The only law is against banks that allow deposits to gambling sites, meaning that most of the banks wont let you deposit to gambling sites.
However there are alternative deposit methods such as all access vis gift card and echeck.
They are tested and worked, almost all americans deposit with these methods.
